A multi-disciplinary evaluation may be ordered, by the clerk, to determine the nature and extent of a respondent's disability, or to assist in developing an appropriate guardianship plan and program. Such multi-disciplinary evaluations are considered confidential and its contents are revealed only at the direction of the clerk. The evaluation is unavailable for public access, and cannot be released except by order of the clerk.
